Key Responsibilities

• Build sophisticated statistical models that directly impact business decisions and drive business strategy.
• Use commensurate analytical tools needed to derive insights for clients and ZS teams.
• Develop and implement adhoc business analysis tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, VB, Excel.
• Integrate results and report them in articulate oral and written presentations.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for some project elements.
• Communicate the project schedule and status to clients and project team on a regular basis.
• Produce world class project deliverables and execute data driven solutions.
• Increase ZS with the improvement of your problem solving skills.
• Lead and train more junior associates in a team setting.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking candidates who are curious, driven and brimming with the desire to make a difference. Preference would be given to candidates with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, etc. with strong academic record.
• 1-3 years with relevant post-collegiate experience in data analytics or related field.
• English fluency and programming skills (Java, Python or R).
• Experience with platforms such as the Hadoop ecosystem, or database systems.
• Proven knowledge / experience in analytic toolsets like R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Good communicator, able to articulate complex concepts in a clear and cohesive manner.
• Deeply motivated, high work ethic, and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.
• Next-level focus that translates to superior work produced.
• Self-direction in scheduling and organizing work in rapidly changing environment.
