What Are Some Common Job Duties of a Management Trainee?
The Management Trainee position at Wipro has been developed to educate you on the various aspects of the financial business. Job DescriptionAs part of our team, your day-to-day work will be:
- Hands-on experience in asset servicing, including dealing with principal transactions -drawdowns, paydowns, compute interest of Geneva system.
- Daily reconciliation of cash and positions across all funds using the DUCO system to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Checking exceptions in upcoming works in GA as well as WSO accelerator and contract changes due to agent notices.
- Working with various departments to resolve technical and accounting problems leading to cross-departmental problem solving.
- Make sure all activities are processed and updated in Geneva – Pro-Actively addressing exceptions during the day by liaising with agents, trustees and internal teams.
- Raising and escalating unmatched cash and position issues to the managers and onshore teams for quick resolution.
- Developing SOPs and attending in-service training designed for team efficiency.
- Serving as in-charge for global teams in projects, system integrations and UAT as required.

Requirements for the Role
Eligibility Criteria Candidates applying for the post of ManagementTrainee position at Wipro should fulfill the following eligibility criteria to stand a chance at employment.
- Good understanding of syndicated bank loans, private credit or Collateralized Loan Obligations (“CLOs”).
- Practical usage of Geneva software for the Syndicated Bank Debt Product.

- Hands-on experience with manual processing of credit facility events in Geneva.
- Understanding of the functions of agent banks, trustees and custodians related to private credit transactions.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capability with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and in writing, in English are required for interfacing with global clients.
- Professional skill in condensing sometimes complex information quickly and accurately.
- Desire to work in an international, pressure-filled team environment with multiple stakeholders.
