- Analyze Large Data Sets: Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to manipulate and analyze extensive, complex datasets. Employ data mining, experimentation, statistical analysis, and machine learning to derive actionable insights.
- Understand the Business: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Razorpay’s business models and products to effectively analyze business challenges and propose impactful solutions.
- Creative Problem Solving: Tackle problems logically and creatively. Define and deconstruct open-ended challenges, apply structured thinking, and suggest data-driven solutions based on a deep understanding of analytics.
- Engagement Throughout the Product Life Cycle: Play a vital role in the product lifecycle. Participate in ideation, review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), establish success metrics, instrument product features, and perform impact analyses.
- Develop Automation and Self-Service Solutions: Create and support automation solutions and self-service dashboards for recurring analytical use cases, enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating quicker decision-making.
- Communicate Insights Clearly: Develop clear and compelling presentations of data insights and propose strategic actions aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work in partnership with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of instrumentation and data collection processes.
Join Razorpay as an Analytics Associate Must-Have Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Analytical Tools:
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
- Competence in Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience in dashboard creation using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to structure problems analytically and apply exploratory data analysis (EDA), cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and other data methodologies to extract insights.
- Experience in designing and assessing A/B tests or similar experimentation frameworks is advantageous.
