Key Responsibilities
An Apprentice Engineer will serve as the key to ensuring the network infrastructure of Jio and optimizing it. You will be/do responsible:
- Proactive and Reactive Maintenance: The main role is to conduct first-level maintenance to keep the network running optimally and to fix problems as early as possible.
- Prioritisation of Faults: Critique and prioritise faults to achieve service level agreements (SLAs), ensuing punctual fix of network faults.
- Emergency Response: Managing emergencies through the coordination of first-level operations teams, diagnosing faults, and deciding on their causes to prevent their recurrence.
- Customer Support: Act on the complaints and escalations made by the end customers or the Operations/ Customer Care Center to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Trouble Ticket Management: To handle and analyze the trouble tickets, to suggest some realistic solutions to fix the situation effectively.
- Process Adherence: Work will be put in using all tools and processes by working as per the agreed SLAs to ensure process excellence.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication ( E&C ) from a recognised institution.
- Experience: This is a fresh job, and it can accommodate fresh graduates who have the desire to start their careers in telecommunications. No previous job experience is required. The applicant must have a good academic background, together with a penchant for absorbing knowledge.
