ISRO Off-Campus Recruitment 2025: Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota (SDSC SHAR) is located in the Tirupati District of Andhra Pradesh, serving as the Spaceport of India under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), a government agency. It is located approximately 100 kilometres north of Chennai and 18 kilometres away from Sullurpeta. • M.E or M.Tech or M.Sc (Engineering) (or equivalent postgraduate degree from Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks aggregate and CGPA 6.5 on 10 points, with a pre-eligibility requirement of B.E or B.Tech or B.Sc (Engineering) (or) an equivalent degree that has at least 65% marks in the field of Industrial Engineering or CGPA 6.84 on an 8.5-point scale.
• Candidates who have AMIE or Grad IETE qualification must hold at least 65 percent scores or a CGPA of 6.84 in Section B by itself.
• The necessary qualifications (both graduate and postgraduation) should have been achieved within the timeframe established by the relevant institution or university.

Age Limit and Relaxations

The upper age limit is according to the Government of India guidelines. Candidates in the SC/ST category get an age relaxation in the amount of five years. Those who belong to the OBC category are granted three years of relaxation on posts that are reserved for these categories. Additional age-related relaxations are available to ex-servicemen (ESMs), People With Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs), and Central Government officials in accordance with current regulations of the government.

Selection Process

The process of selection includes the following steps: a written test followed by a test of skills according to the job you’re applying for.

• The written test will include 80 multiple-choice questions to be answered within 1.5 hours.
  • Each correct answer earns one mark, while each incorrect answer will be deducted 0.33 points.
  • The written test is worth a hundred marks and is considered to be a qualifying the sense of.

Pass Criteria for Written Test:

• Unreserved Candidates Minimum 32 marks out of a total of 80 marks.
• Reserved Candidates (for vacant posts) Minimum 24 marks out of the 80 marks.

Pass Criteria for Skill Test:

• Unreserved Candidates: Minimum 50 marks out of 100 points.
• Reserved Candidates minimum 40 marks out of 100 points.

• Rs. 500/- refunded after deducting a fee of Rs. 250 to apply for other candidates.
