Job Overview: Graduate Trainee – Talent Acquisition
As an incoming graduate trainee in Talent Acquisition, this role is helping the recruitment team with the process of sourcing, screening and onboarding top talent. This job provides practical experience of the entire hiring process, establishing an excellent foundation to pursue a career in human resources. The trainees will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to simplify hiring processes and provide the smoothest experience for applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Job Postings: Create and publish attractive job ads on multiple platforms in order to attract skilled potential candidates.
- Resumé Screening: Review applications and resumes to find candidates who match specific job requirements.
- Screening of Candidates: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate the candidates’ suitability and qualifications.
- Interview coordination: Manage and schedule interviews between applicants and hiring managers, while ensuring seamless communication.
- Application Tracking: Update and maintain this applicant tracking program using precise information about the candidate.
- Event for Recruitment: Represent the company on campus job fairs, campus recruitment drives and other recruitment events.
- Onboarding support: Help with the onboarding process to make sure that new employees have an easy transition into their positions.
- Administration Tasks: Support the organization for the talent Acquisition team, such as maintaining records and documents.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech, B.Sc or BCA graduates of the 2024 batch. An MBA is desirable but is not required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills that allow you to connect with stakeholders and candidates effectively.
- Attention to detail: Excellent ability to manage many tasks and keep exact documents.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle confidential information professionally and with sensitivity.
- Mindset: A positive attitude and a desire to learn and a desire to learn about recruitment as well as HR procedures.
