The position of Trainee Quality Analyst is designed for recent graduates who are eager to get hands-on knowledge of software tests, automation, and product quality assurance. The candidate selected will be involved in identifying problems with software as well as ensuring the stability of the product, and ensuring data accuracy using different AI-driven systems. The job involves developing a knowledge of automation methods, tools for testing and the workflows of product engineering.

Candidates will work alongside designers, AI engineers, and data scientists to ensure the high quality of software throughout the continuous integration as well as deployment. This is an excellent beginning to a career for people who want to learn about testing techniques while also helping to develop smart data processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation tests of the module to verify the functionality, reliability, and performance across different platforms.
• Work with the development and product teams to understand the functional requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
• Perform regression, system or integration testing, validating different product features before release.
• Recognise bugs, record thorough defect reports and retest issues that have been resolved to ensure stability before deployment.
• Learn about Selenium automation testing with Java to increase coverage of testing and effectiveness.
• Help support the life cycle of the testing process by keeping a record of the test results, verification steps, along release validations.
• Study and implement QA methodologies, gaining an understanding of Agile testing frameworks, and continue to apply Quality Improvement practices.
• Use AI-powered machines and help in the verification of data and validation of machine-learning models.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to discover new strategies for testing, AI model validation, and management of the lifecycle of software.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Information Technology from a recognised university (Graduation year 2024, 2025).
• Minimum of 60% across all academics.
• Basic understanding of Java programming and proficiency with algorithmic data structure and structures.
• Basic understanding of concepts in manual testing and the tools.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium that are integrated with Java is a benefit.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Any course or certification that is completed in testing software will be highly appreciated.
• Analytical thinking, coupled with logical reasoning that is strong and debugging abilities.
• A desire to explore, learn and embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, paired with a positive outlook and a proactive approach to problems.
• A strong aptitude, teamwork spirit and a curiosity-driven approach to problem solving – often described as “Trouble the Trouble Attitude.”
