Infosys Off Campus Big Hiring: An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Java Technology Lead to spearhead an impressive team of Java Spring Boot developers in Bengaluru. This position is focused on the design, development as well as maintenance for cutting-edge apps made using an advanced Spring Boot framework. The job requires knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and other related technologies to provide quality, high-end solutions that are aligned with the business goals. As Team Leaders, your tasks include coaching developers as well as driving technical excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Leadership: The goal is to guide and coach the group consisting of Java developers in the process of designing and developing robust software. Develop a cooperative, innovative and productive work environment.
  • Analysing Requirements: Collaboration with technical and business stakeholder teams to collect, analyse then translate the requirements to efficient Java Spring Boot solutions.
  • Application Development: Develop and design solutions for software that utilise Java Spring Boot, incorporating Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, as well as Spring Security to meet business demands.
  • High Quality Code: Write clear, efficient and well-structured code to implement complex business logic. Conduct unit tests and debugging to ensure the reliability of your application and performance.
  • Maintenance and Optimisation: Make improvements to the functionality of existing Java Spring Boot applications by fixing issues, making bug fixes and optimising performance of the system.
  • System Integration: Collaborate closely with database administrators, developers and system administrators in integrating Java Spring Boot applications with external databases and systems.
  • Technical documentation: Develop and maintain complete documentation, which includes the design of the system, standards for coding, as well as user guides, to aid in the development process and deployment.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the most current Java Spring Boot advancements, market trends, and best practices. Provide innovative solutions to increase the performance of your system and increase efficiency.
  • Review of Code: Be a part of the code review process, offering constructive feedback and ensuring conformance to coding standards and best practices.
  • Security Management: Proactively assess the possible risks that could be present that could be present in Java Spring Boot applications and offer effective solutions to minimise the risks.
  • Project Management: Manage the workload of teams, assign tasks and make sure projects are completed in time and on budget. Give regular reviews to the team, and help their professional development.
  • Team development: Find strengths and areas of improvement, and provide opportunities to develop skills and advancement in career.

Technical Requirements

  • Basic Skills: Experience with Java as well as Spring Boot and Spring Boot, as well as proficiency with Microservices, MVC, Spring Data as well and Spring Security.
  • Cloud Platforms: Practical experience using cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Methodologies of Development: Adapted to Agile or Scrum methods to ensure effective project execution.
  • Version Control: Knowledge of software-based version control systems, such as Git and Subversion.
  • Certifications: Certification for Java, Spring Boot, or other related technologies can be a benefit.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and other frameworks.

  • Experience using Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with the systems for controlling version (Git).
