Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the software deployment and technical modification of Finacle Channels software like DEH, OBMB, FAS or FMT.
• Examine the requirements of clients and participate in troubleshooting tasks to ensure continuous application performance.
• Offer technical assistance throughout the implementation process and assist following deployment.
• Integrate applications through APIs and web services. This will ensure the smooth exchange of data across various platforms.
• Contribute to the deployment of container-based applications through Docker as well as orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse cloud-based applications and improve system performance.
• Be in constant communication with clients throughout the project phase and ensure a complete understanding of the technical specifications.
• Participate in documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions to increase the standard of delivery within the team working on the project.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have a mix of technical expertise as well as analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex enterprise-level tasks. Successful candidates should exhibit the ability to solve complex problems and display an in-depth understanding of current software technology.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to effectively interact with clients in professional settings.
• Ability to travel on short-term assignments lasting up to 30 days to clients’ locations in or outside of India.
• Basic understanding of technologies like UNIX, SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL), as well as Java.
• A familiarity with web-based development frameworks, such as Node.js, React.js, and Polymer.
• Knowledge of the REST APIs as well as Web Service Integration concepts.
• Experience hands-on with containerization software tools such as Docker.
• Experimentation with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes as well as OpenShift.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment processes including versions control, debugging, as well as continuous integration.
• Experience in prior work in Finacle Channels technology–deployment or customisation, or troubleshooting is desired.
