Customer Support Process Executive

As a Customer Support – Process Executive, you will be the first line of contact for our High-Net-Worth customers and will answer questions and find solutions to their issues quickly and professionally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling 1st level contact to answer calls, chats, or emails.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software problems; escalating more complex problems to appropriate level of support.
  • Using active listening, empathy, and positive communication to establish rapport with customers.
  • Effectively addressing and resolving customer objections and concerns.
  • Recording any contact or issues in the service management system.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and trends in the industry in order to give correct advice.
  • Attending training sessions to develop technical and customer service skills.

Service Desk Voice Process

The Service Desk position is responsible for receiving and resolving technical questions concerning computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling and addressing client queries on calls/chats/emails.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Control-M) for issue tracking and management.
  • Resources for VPN, drivers, O365, driver installs, AD and more.
  • Applying working knowledge of operating systems and networking, cloud computing, Microsoft office applications and tools.
  • Showing an ability to problem solve analytically, in order to become capable of independently resolving customer issues.
  • Anticipating clients’ reactions and preferences in terms of time, while maintaining effective solutions.

Previous experience with ticketing tools or knowledge with the IT support process is a plus.

To be successful, the applicants must:

  • Qualification: Graduation in any full time degree course. Additional qualification in customer service or technical support is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience is not necessary, freshers and young professionals should also apply.
  • Communication Qualities: Must have good verbal and written communication skills as these positions will require extensive client interaction in the US.
  • Shift Flexibility: Comfortable to work 24/7 including US shift hours[..night shift in India].
