About the Hiring Program

The Infosys Off-Campus Recruitment Program for 2024 – 2025 is focused on technical jobs that are specialised with two distinct roles: Specialist Programmer and Digital Specialist Engineer. This program is designed to help identify those who can master technical skills, creativity in problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to excel in a high-speed and AI-driven work environment.

The assessment this year will take place in designated venues on-site across India and will let candidates test themselves in person, which encourages practical and analytical thinking. Participants will be tested in a variety of programming tasks that are designed to assess different levels of complexity as well as cognitive reasoning.

Available Roles and Compensation Structure

The program of recruitment offers a variety of levels of roles that are based on experience and performance in the assessment. The updated compensation plan for each job is as follows:

• Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee) – INR 21 LPA
• Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee) – INR 16 LPA
• Specialist Programmers L1 (Trainee) – INR 10 LPA, plus the joining bonus of INR 1 lakh
• Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee) – INR 6.25 LPA, plus the joining bonus of INR 75,000

The opportunities allow participants to start their professional career by negotiating packages that are aligned with the most competitive standards in the market.

• MSc (5-year Integrated)

Eligible Specialisations:

• Information Science and Engineering
• Data Science / Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Information Technology
• Cybersecurity
• Software Engineering
• Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Electronics and Electrical Engineering
• Other disciplines that are related to Computer Science and IT

Only students graduating in 2024 – 2025 are eligible for participation. Academic performance must be in line with the minimum requirements of the institution as laid out in the eligibility guide.
