IBM Process Associate Hiring Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), your main responsibility will be managing accounts payable transactions and vendor accounts. This role necessitates precision, efficiency, and strong analytical skills to facilitate smooth financial operations. Candidates should be flexible and willing to work shifts to align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive accounting activities related to the Procure to Pay process.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile invoices, address discrepancies, and follow up on unresolved vendor queries.
- Oversee vendor accounts, process payments, and keep accurate financial records.
- Recognize potential risks, recommend corrective actions, and mitigate financial discrepancies.
- Comply with service-level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the procure-to-pay process.
- Assist in ongoing improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency and accuracy.
IBM Process Associate Hiring Required Education & Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
