IBM Mass Hiring Drive: A fantastic opportunity is waiting for an Application Developer from Google Cloud FullStack to join an energetic team located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The position, which is located in the Client Innovation Centre is focused on providing cutting-edge technological solutions to private and public sector customers across the globe. The job involves using Google Cloud Platform expertise to create, design and implement efficient, high-quality applications that solve real-world problems. Candidates will work in cross-functional teams and employ the latest tools, technologies and methods to develop new products that are highly efficient in terms of performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design full-stack solutions that work across the complete system to provide flexible, high-quality solutions that are that are tailored to the needs of clients.
• Work with teams from different backgrounds to identify requirements, develop technical specifications and develop solutions to the development of generative AI projects.
• Make use of Design Thinking principles to create user-centred products that provide high quality, security, reliability as well as seamless user experience.
• Create and optimize data pipelines making use of tools like Google Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub as well as Apache Spark for streaming and workflow management.
• Write, optimize, and run complicated SQL queries, with a focus on BigQuery for efficient data processing and cost reduction.
• Implement the control of version using Git and, where appropriate, Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform.
• Conduct root cause analysis of both external and internal data to resolve business issues and improve the efficiency of the system.
• Create and maintain solid data structures to ensure the ability to scale, manage dependency, and efficient process for data transformation.
• Create simple UI components by using modern frameworks like React, AngularJS, or Bootstrap while also ensuring compatibility with a variety of OSes (Linux, Windows, iOS, Android).
• Create viable products, such as models as well as algorithms and data structures, in order to meet client specifications and the goals of the project.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Experience in SQL authoring as well as query optimization and cost control, along with hands-on experience using Google Big Query.
  • A solid understanding of Python in its role as an object-oriented scripting language that is used for automation and application development.
  • Experience with data pipelines and streaming tools, such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Hadoop, or Spark Streaming.
  • A familiarity with the systems for version control specifically Git and a basic understanding about Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • An understanding advanced of relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB) and query authoring.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis of the data and processes in order to address complicated business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or any related field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Expertise in the design and optimization of large-scale data pipelines and architectures and data datasets.
  • Experience with message queuing stream processing, message queuing, and extremely scalable data storage.
  • Practical experience in supporting teams across functional lines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A solid working knowledge about Google Cloud Platform, with particular focus on data engineering as well as full-stack design.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks like Backbone.js, AngularJS, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap, or jQuery.
  • Experience in developing algorithms, structures for data and UI components to ensure end-to-end app delivery.
