Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Solutions: Lead the introduction and alignment of services and products tailor-made to patrons’ needs. Ensure the successful execution of complicated consulting assignments by means of proposing technical answers using established standards, techniques, and modern-day technologies.
• Drive Quality and Best Practices: Define and implement industry-standard practices, even as reviewing and approving tasks carried out by group members to hold high standards of transport.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in layout or electricity systems, with demonstrated knowledge within the electric power industry. Strong expertise in markets, structures, and equipment is essential.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in strength device studies, including design and overall performance evaluation, with a consulting approach. Hands-on experience with simulation gear, including PSS®E, EMTP, ETAP, and/or DigSILENT PowerFactory.
• Solution-Oriented Skills: Demonstrated potential to suggest solutions for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS), e-mobility, clever towns, and transmission & distribution planning.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of strength coverage, law design, and electricity device systems.
• Leadership and Advisory: Proven management in advising private and public region customers on regulation, operations, and methods at the countrywide and global levels.
• Communication: Excellent conversation skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
