Eligibility Criteria For Hitachi Is Hiring:
- Education: B.E / B.Tech in CS, IT, EEE, ECE streams or MCA from the 2024 batch.
- Academic Record: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout academics with no more than 2 years of academic breaks. Active backlogs disqualify applicants.
- Location Preference: Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong programming/coding skills (preferably in Java).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with modern technologies and frameworks is a plus.
Selection Process For Hitachi Is Hiring:
- Round 1: Technical Assessment (Virtual)
Evaluate core technical skills and problem-solving capabilities. - Round 2: Codility Test (In-person at Hitachi Offices in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore).
- Round 3: Business + HR Interview
Face-to-face discussions to assess technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with HR evaluation.
