  • Collaboration with technical teams is essential to modernise the enterprise’s systems and facilitate digital transformation with new frameworks, innovative technologies and innovative tools.
  • Automated initiatives that support automation to increase the efficiency of operations, improve workflows, and reduce dependence on manual processes across crucial business processes.
  • Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of flexible solutions that are directly linked to the organisation’s goals and improve overall efficiency.
  • Engage in development and research initiatives that include cloud computing, AI-driven Analytics and the most advanced tools for processing data.
  • Investigate and incorporate modern technologies to enhance customer experience, as well as performance optimisation and the reliability of your product.
  • Collaborate closely with mentors from senior levels to gain knowledge about business architecture, agile practices and safe development practices.
  • Document processes for software deployments, processes, and results throughout every phase during the course.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E. or B.Tech graduates of the 2025 batch who have an emphasis on Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • MCA candidates in 2025 are qualified.
  • A minimum score of 60 per cent or 6 CGPA across the entire academic record with no backlogs or breaks is required.
  • Candidates must be able to commit to full-time work at designated office places located in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore.
  • A solid base of programming languages, code logic and the principles of software development is vital.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential to enable collaboration in a team-oriented setting.

Selection Process

The selection process is an honest, merit-based assessment that is based on technical knowledge and the ability to communicate. It consists of the following phases:

  1. Technology Evaluation (Virtual): Evaluates the knowledge of coding, analytical thinking, as well as technical concepts.
