Information Technology Intern (FTC)

Job Description The IT Intern – FTC will be in charge of the day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of all IT systems including but not limited to the business systems, office systems ( computers ), computer networks & telecommunication within the hotel.

Role Responsibilities: Working as an Information Technology Intern(FTC), you will work with the IT Department to maintain and develop an optimal level of system performance by providing support for the hotel in general and guests. Responsibilities include :

Providing day-to-day support for internal hotel IT systems and users in keeping downtime at a minimum.
Completing all forms of IT Incident Management and reporting to the IT Manager for follow-up.
Recommend potential system improvements to the IT Manager.
Supported all the IT needs of guests by working with the business center team at the hotel.

Candidate Requirements: StandardCandidates should possess the following characteristics: Successful candidates for this (internship/placement/traineeship) Information Technology Intern (FTC), Hilton brands, will have

IT background, preferably from within the hospitality, leisure, or service sector
Experience with Microsoft systems
Experience of working knowledge on Fidelio & Micros is essential.
