Your Role: Hexaware Graduate Engineer Trainee Hiring – Software Testing (Quality Assurance)
As a GET in the Quality Assurance team, you will participate in comprehensive hands-on training and contribute to live projects under the guidance of seasoned professionals. This position will develop your fundamental skills in software testing methodologies, automation tools, and quality control frameworks, thoroughly preparing you for full-time responsibilities following your training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and implement software testing methodologies to guarantee product quality and dependability.
- Create test cases and carry out both manual and automated testing processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to comprehend system functionalities and determine testing needs.
- Support defect tracking, problem resolution, and quality assurance reporting.
- Engage with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.

Hexaware Graduate Engineer Trainee Hiring Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation: B.E/B.Tech or MCA from the 2025 batch (Only CS/IT/Circuital allied branches are eligible)
- Acceptable Streams: CSE, IT, ISE, AI/ML, DS, ECE, EEE, Telecommunication
- Ineligible Streams: M.E/M.Tech, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields
- Minimum academic performance: 60% or 6 CGPA throughout all educational levels (10th, 12th, UG/PG)
- No active backlogs
- Educational gap of no more than 1 year
Hexaware Graduate Engineer Trainee Hiring Training and Compensation Details:
- Stipend during training (6 months): ₹15,000 per month
- Post-training CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum
- Service Agreement: 3-year commitment with a bond of ₹2,00,000
- Work Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai – On-site work only, 5 days a week
Training Start Date: 28 May 2025
Tentative Onboarding Date: 2nd Week of June 2025
