The position requires an experienced Support Analyst who is skilled in customer service, product support, as well as technical troubleshooting. The individual plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Hexagon’s PPM (Project Portfolio Management) software and design tools products. The job involves providing assistance to customers with technical issues and conducting training sessions, and providing advice to regional teams in order to ensure customer satisfaction of customers and operational efficiency.
Alongside support-related tasks, the selected professional will be a part of small- and medium-term initiatives which may involve customising, integration and optimisation of the products in order to meet specific requirements of the client. The job offers exposure to a dynamic, collaborative and multi-functional team working closely with international product and development management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support for products, education and consultation to teams in regional and local customers.
- Maintain and maintain the CRM system by adding information about the case, resolutions, and customer communications.
- Create and maintain an extensive knowledge base with the latest technical information, frequently asked questions and troubleshooting tips.
- Perform small and medium-sized projects that require customisation and configuration of the Hexagon PPM design tool.
- Work with global development and management teams to present the needs of customers and promote solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation, certifying fixes before releasing them to customers.
- Check compliance with service-level agreements and ensure high-quality standards for delivery.
- Analyse issues reported, reproduce scenarios, and pinpoint technical reasons to motivate improvements to the product.
- Participate in proactive support initiatives by participating in continuous Monitoring and preventive strategies for maintenance.
- Offer documentation and practical instructions to enhance the quality of internal and external resources.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are vital.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills to determine, evaluate and solve technical problems.
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and use logical analysis to develop solutions.
- Focused problem-solving approach with an eye for technical precision and precision.
- The ability to work in a team across various functional teams.
- Experience with the latest enterprise software and platforms for incident management, along with support ticketing and management systems.
- A strong organisational ability to manage tasks, case documents and sharing of knowledge.
Desired Background
- Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related engineering discipline.
- Experience in support for products or customer satisfaction, or technical analysis roles within an enterprise-level software environment.
- Exposure to products of Hexagon PPM and similar software for engineering designs can be beneficial.
- Experience with customisation methods such as scripting, automation, or tools can be beneficial.
- Experience or certification in cloud-based support for systems data management, cloud-based system support, or integration is a benefit.
