The job requires working with teams from across the functional spectrum, which includes sales, Delivery, HR, and Finance, to develop convincing proposals, manage processes for RFx, and design presentations for clients. Key Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of teams to create strategies for deals that are aligned with the needs of clients and the goals of the business.
- Develop and refine high-quality proposals as well as answers for Requests For Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as well and other RFx documents.
- Create professional and engaging presentations for clients that showcase HCLTech’s capabilities as well as solutions.
- Facilitate business enablement efforts by coordinating with stakeholders in order to ensure smooth execution of bids and proposals.
- Examine the needs of clients and create solutions that meet their particular needs, providing high-quality and creative offerings.
- Participate in the bid management process, starting from the initial strategy through to the final bid submission.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification: Candidates must have at least a B.Tech or B.E. degree, preferably in conjunction with the MBA (2024-2025 batch preferred).
- Experience: The minimum experience is 0-24 years of experience. Anyone with a strong ability to communicate and analytical skills is invited to apply.
- Locality: Willingness to work at HCLTech’s Noida office.
