Godrej Capital Hiring Drive: An exceptional chance to showcase the very best talent and innovative ideas in the technology field through Pride in Tech Hackathon. The event is held by Godrej Capital in collaboration with Godrej. The goal of the contest is to enable LGBTQIA+ professionals and aspiring engineers to develop accessible, technologically-driven solutions that promote equality as well as accessibility, and positive social transformation.
About the Challenge
Godrej Capital is seeking innovative tech-savvy people who can design and develop innovative solutions using AI mobility platforms, analytics on data, and cloud-based technology. The challenge is to make it possible for participants to lead innovations driven by the need to succeed and also foster the spirit of diversity and inclusion within the tech industry.
Challenge Format
Round 1: Online Coding Test (90 minutes) Languages Allowed: Java, NodeJS, Python
Round 2: Virtual Interviews
The finale: The Top 10 finalists will be invited to the Godrej Capital Head Office in Mumbai for a single-day celebration, which will end by announcing the winner.
Eligibility Criteria
- The program is available up to 2024, 2025, and 2026.
- Candidates pursuing B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc. or an integrated B.Tech and M.Tech degree are eligible.

Preferred Skills
- An understanding of how to create web applications using NodeJS, along with ReactJS
- Experience in the development of components for libraries and front-end components that can be reused
- Capability to translate UI/UX wireframes and design into high-quality, highly functional code
- Experience the benefits of flexible design using Material UI, Bootstrap, CSS3, and HTML5.
- A basic understanding of Redux and its ability to manage state
