Key Responsibilities

  • Offer 24×7 IT Services Desk Support: Support Level 1 customer support through a variety of channels, including telephone, email, chat, voicemail, as well as self-service on the web, providing a seamless user experience.
  • Manage incidents and Service Requests: Manage the resolution of incidents, queries and monitoring of service requests and escalations in a timely manner to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Provide remote technical support: Provide initial remote desktop support, access management for users, resets of passwords, and troubleshooting support for Windows and other operating systems.
  • Create Knowledge Base: Update and review your internal Service Desk knowledge base to improve support efficiency and accuracy.
  • Increase Self-Service Tools: Install and maintain self-help tools and services that empower users and improve support procedures.
  • Monitor and report outages: Track and share the impact of service outages and known outages to keep all stakeholders informed and reduce disruptions.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • Technologies Background: Experienced in service desk and IT operations, and a solid base on technical assistance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, showing an interest in learning and flexibility.
  • ITIL Certificate: Acquired expertise in ITIL concepts to assure a structured as well as efficient delivery of services.
  • Multitasking Capabilities: The Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
