Role Overview

A Software Development Engineer job gives you the chance to develop, design and release innovative features on an automation platform that is cloud-based. The position involves developing interactive dashboards and dynamic workflow systems as well as high-performance backend services that enable intelligent automation. The ideal candidate has practical experience in backend and frontend development, a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies and knowledge of the scalable SaaS architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design tests, and then deploy new features to an automation system that is web-based.
• Maintain and build components for the front and backend to ensure smooth performance.
• Create flexible workflow builders as well as dashboards by using React or Next.js to provide user-friendly experiences.
• Create Backend APIs and integration Modules, and automation logic with Node.js as well as Express.
• Improve and manage models of data by using PostgreSQL and MongoDB to guarantee reliable and effective performance.
• Integration of AI algorithms and automated agents to improve the efficiency of your workflow and optimise processes.
• Set up webhooks, background jobs and schedulers to automate end-to-end management.
• Ensure the quality of code by using the proper testing process through peer reviews, as well as continuous integration guidelines.
• Use modern security practices and ensure documentation is maintained throughout the entire development cycle.
• Contribute to ideas that improve efficiency, scalability, as well as maintenanceability of both the architecture and application design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and working experience with the latest frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Experience working with Node.js/Express, along with Experience with REST API creation in environments that are used for production.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of SQL (PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, as well as Schema design as well as optimisation.
• Experience using Git-based version control, as well as collaborative workflows that use requests, branches and reviews.
• Acquaintance with OAuth2 authentication API integrations, API integrations, as well as third-party services like Outlook, Gmail, and Slack.
• Experienced in Docker containerization as well as CI/CD pipelines. Using GitHub Actions.

• The use of state-management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, or Context API for scalable frontend design.
• Knowledge of the cloud-based infrastructure (AWS and Azure) along with secure management techniques.
• Basic Python scripting capabilities for AI test or integration requirements.
• Experience with automated tools such as Langflow or n8n Zapier, as well as handling data formats such as JSON as well as XML.

Compensation

• Minimum Annual Salary: INR 7,20,000
• Maximum annual salary: INR 13,00,000. Final salary will be determined by the experience, technical knowledge and performance during the process of selection.
