The Opportunity (EY GDS Is Hiring):
In the role of SAP Basis Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering SAP infrastructure solutions, including installations, migrations, and upgrades, while adhering to global standards. You will contribute to architectural design, support product development, and promote technology adoption across various SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities: (EY GDS Is Hiring)
- Deliver SAP infrastructure solutions, such as installations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Convert business and product requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with solution architects to define and maintain product architecture.
- Provide support and advice to product owners on technical and architectural feasibility.
- Promote the adoption of emerging technologies through knowledge sharing and implementation.
Skills & Expertise Required: (EY GDS Is Hiring)
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis on HANA, S/4HANA, BW4HANA, and Solution Manager.
- Proficiency in SAP cloud platform administration and integrations with services like SAC, Ariba, and IBP.
- Understanding of SAP data center migrations, upgrades, and ECC to S/4HANA conversions.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory) and SAP on AWS/Google Cloud (preferred).
- Familiarity with PI/PO, BODS, and Java Portal systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in international, multi-site teams and handle complex subjects with clarity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the SAP Basis domain with expertise in infrastructure/operations.
