The Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team at PhonePe plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity and adherence within the organization. The team ensures that employees comply with ethical standards, corporate governance practices, and compliance policies.
As an Intern – Ethics & Compliance (Training and Communication), you will be instrumental in executing and managing training and awareness initiatives aimed at promoting ethical decision-making across the organization. You will assist the team in monitoring program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with training requirements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to execute awareness campaigns.

- Assist in the management of the Training & Awareness Program, including the development of training plans, tracking effectiveness, and analyzing results.
- Support the implementation of training escalation protocols to ensure compliance at all organizational levels.
- Aid in the execution of day-to-day training operations, such as course assignments, training documentation, and issue resolution.
- Validate target audience data for compliance training and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken in the event of data discrepancies.
- Compile clear and accurate dashboards/reports for leadership and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Compliance and HR teams to synchronize training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders and communication teams to design and execute awareness campaigns.
- Assist in evaluating AC HR Screening processes and conducting due diligence screenings in accordance with compliance protocols.
