What You’ll Do
In the role of a Graduate Trainee at Chennai, you’ll be able to dive into the core of fintech, learning hands-on skills in the areas of software development, as well as testing and support. You’ll collaborate with top engineers as well as teams from across the functional spectrum to develop and maintain the solutions that run worldwide payment systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Training and Skill Development: Learn through seminars and classes to improve specific skills for your job and achieve IT certificates.
- Software development lifecycle: Learn and implement the complete life cycle of software development from conception through deployment, in real-world applications.
- Coding and debugging: Create, validate and debug your code using different programming languages, adding to the development of robust software solutions.
- Technical support: assists in resolving and troubleshooting problems reported by clients, resolving the issue in test environments and ensuring that operations run smoothly.
- Quality Assurance: Design and test in-depth cases, review results and make sure that the applications are in compliance with strict standards for quality.

- Production Monitoring: Monitoring the email notifications from production and lower environments to ensure smooth deployments and rapid correction of any mistakes.
- Flexible Shifts: Work shifts to support APAC, UK, and US hours, along with occasional Saturday support provided on a rotating basis.

- Education: B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science (2024 or 2025 batch is preferred).

- Competency programming languages (e.g., Python, Java and similar).
- Experience in writing and debugging code.
- Experience With Microsoft Office Applications, including Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in hardware and software systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent writing and oral communication abilities.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- A logical mind with a keen attention to detail.
