Establish connections within and outside the company.
Update and create Training documents relating to assigned business applications.
Develop multi-skilled competencies in different technical environments and understanding a range of business processes.
Resolve support issues arising from the use of assigned business applications.
Facilitate adoption and usage optimization efforts relevant to the assigned business applications.
Assist in the development of communications in both text and presentation form that propose ideas and recommendations persuasive in nature concerning assigned business applications.
Establish vendor partnerships for the assigned applications.
Delivers coaching, mentoring, and training for the newly recruited and junior team members as needed from time to time.
Help in the release management of the assigned applications.
Could act as the technical owner for the assigned applications.
May be involved in validation activities as necessary.
Additional responsibilities as instructed.
