Your Duties in This New Position – Emerson & Amazon Hiring Freshers 2024
- Understand Project Guidelines and prepare Quotes w.r.t all Client requirements.
- Define technical requirements and project deliverables via working with the sales office, impact partner, and senior engineering resources while also assisting in identifying relevant technology solutions to address business needs.
- Review project specifications and assist in establishing project guidelines.
- Study the guidelines of each specific client from a quotation point.
- This includes the preparation of technical & commercial quotes, generation of required reports and drawings as well others
- If necessary, work with vendors and field sales offices to obtain clarification so that a complete mutual understanding will be achieved.
- Support project clients with updates.
- Support the sales office post Purchase orders release, and prep deals for order entry
- Frame orders on the computer and give technical support for questions, factory clarifications, or change orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact with select sales teams or local business partners to manage projects
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and maintain logs.
