Key Responsibilities
- Work with the teams of project managers to design and implement the best solutions utilising Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platform, while ensuring conformity with the needs of the client.
- Respect the project’s technical standards to provide high-quality, maintained, performance-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to translate the business needs of the client into effective, customizable technical deliverables.
- Solve problems to solve problems and make use of the product’s capabilities to ensure the highest quality client outcomes.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders in order to ensure smooth coordination and the delivery of quality outputs from projects.
- Represent Diona Technologies Limited professionally, showing technical proficiency and a customer-centric approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of working in software development or other related areas.
- Technical Skills:
- Competency proficiency in Java as well as JavaScript techniques.
- Expertise in JDBC, SQL, XML, JSON, and HTML.
- Experience gained from hands-on use of any relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively.
- A strong problem-solving ability and the ability to think logically to solve complex problems.
- Rapid learner and able to adapt to the latest technologies and environments.
- Education Qualification: Engineer’s Degree, or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Extra Competencies (preferred, but not required):
- Experience with CSS to enhance front-end development.
- Experience with MongoDB or any other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with the latest JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, or Angular.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
