This Associate Software Engineer Analyst job is focused specifically on the intelligent use of automation in the RPA Solutions team. This position requires an experienced group of professionals committed to finding and implementing opportunities for software automation to increase efficiency and decrease cost. Candidates will work in conjunction with Technical Consultants, Business Analysts and Solution Architects to evaluate automation projects and design solutions using cutting-edge technologies, and add to the business’s journey to digital transformation. While previous experience with automation is not necessary, a love of technology and solving problems is required. In-depth on-the-job training and guidance for the team ensure that you are able to transition smoothly into your position.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with Technical Consultants and Business Analysts to find new opportunities for automation.
- Engage with Solution architects to assess the technical requirements and make evaluations of automation projects.
- Create and implement automation solutions utilising advanced technology to simplify the business process.
- Join multi-functional cross-functional teams to provide new solutions that increase efficiency.
- Learn and keep adapting to new methods and technologies in a dynamic and fast-paced world.
- Connect effectively with teams across the globe to ensure a smooth project implementation.
Candidate Requirements
This entry-level job is suitable for those who are recent graduates or with little experience who are determined to expand their knowledge in the area of automation through software. The following qualifications and abilities are required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field, with at least 70 per cent marks. Candidates must be graduating in 2024 and have completed an internship or have between 0 and 1 year of IT knowledge.
- Technical skills: Competency in at minimum one programming language like C++, Java or Python. Skills for problem-solving and an avid passion for technology are appreciated.
- Soft Skill: The ability to work on your own to prioritise tasks and manage workload with time limitations. The ability to organise and be flexible is vital.
- Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English to aid collaboration between global teams.
- Mental state: A technology-loving person with an active attitude and a desire to develop and learn in a multi-cultural, diverse setting.
