Key Responsibilities
As a Tech apprentice you’ll be getting involved in a range of exciting tasks such as:
- Responsibilities Designing and Delivering solutions: Design and develop engineering solutions to enable/is used by Deutsche Bank businesses and global clients.
- Production Engineering: Keep our technology systems safe, reliable and performant thanks to proactive monitoring, incident management and root cause analysis.
- Analysis of Business Information: Analyze business data for use in formulating a strategic plan and delivering process improvement.
- Development Infrastructure: Building up infrastructure features and capabilities to help scale efficient systems.
- Leveraging Design Patterns: Use Deutsche Bank’s strategic frameworks and apply design patterns to develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and performant.
- Project Coordination: Gain exposure to the responsibilities of project management; such as tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for customer-obsessed, tech-forward individuals who love solving problems and making the next innovation. To excel in this position, you have:
- Eligibility Criteria: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT with no standing backlogs or allotted with any backlog by 2025.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of software engineering principles such as SDLC, algorithms, data structures, operating systems, OOPs, database concepts, test design and testing methodologies.
- Coding Skills: Must be comfortable with coding concepts and have experience with programming.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving methodology to solve complex problems.
- Communication: Very strong English verbal and written communication skills and listening skills.
- Team Player Mentality: A go-getting attitude, self-driven, and eager to make an impact.
- Production Support Readiness: Willingness to work in production support, resolving incidents, root cause analysis and service recovery.
- Project Coordination Interest: Exposure to, or desire to participate in PMO functions (tracking/response/communication with stakeholders).
- Start Date: You must be able to commence full-time work from September 2025.
