Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough analysis of design, development as well and testing software components.
- Provide software solutions that meet the performance, reliability, and quality goals within the agreed timeframes.
- Follow established development guidelines, including code guidelines, review processes and automated unit testing procedures.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of software solutions which incorporate AI agents, code repositories and internal knowledge bases to enable automated case resolution as well as maintenance of software.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A solid foundation in the principles of software engineering, which include OOP, SOLID, and testing methods.
- Knowledge regarding C#/.NET as well as the Java programming language.
- Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle and a thorough knowledge of SQL operations.
- Experience with systems for managing version control, such as Git and a thorough understanding of the CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest in AI integration, coupled with a mentality that tackles issues through digitisation and automation.
- A desire to experiment with AI agents and frameworks based on agents to increase the productivity of workflows.
- Effective communication skills that emphasise on collaboration, feedback acceptance and sharing accomplishments.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving with a keen eye for the smallest details.
- A passion to gain knowledge from mentorship and apply new knowledge to actual problems.
