Role Overview: Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and catalyst Team member to add to our Business Operations and Account Management team. As Business Operations Analyst, you’ll be critical to building and maintaining strong client relationships – you will be the main point of contact for accounts, helping them find value in the product. This position would suit a curious, dedicated candidate looking to tackle new challenges in a fast paced and deadlined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships, look for expansion opportunities and document best practices.
• Handling daily client askings, steering partner calls to gain an understanding of the askings, and training partner teams on the DeltaX platform to increase product adoption.
• Evaluate client needs, consult to solve issues, and help partners reach their business objectives.
• Develop full ownership of projects and manage through seamless execution and delivery of project deliverables.
• Work with other internal departments to agree on goals and provide excellent support to clients.
• Assist the growth team by conducting prospect client demos and building killer presentations.

• Digital Marketing Interest: Interest in or previous experience in digital marketing is a huge plus.
