Position Summary

A Learning Content and Catalogue Management Analyst accountable for ensuring that catalogue operations run smoothly, high-quality digital content delivery and quick support for learners. As the primary contact point for internal learners and other stakeholders, the Analyst works in close collaboration with teams from both the US and globally to oversee global online catalogues of learning, resolve problems with learning content, and ensure that the process is in top shape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage catalogues which include the creation and modification, deletion or retirement of courses as well as learning elements on the online learning platform.
  • Create e-learning content, make sure that it launches smoothly, test the content with scripts that are in place and troubleshoot technical issues when they occur.
  • Respond to inquiries in the learning global mailbox, and provide practical solutions or refer to relevant teams for assistance.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in catalogues and other documentation with strict quality control and auditing standards.
  • Work with global technology support teams to solve complex issues with deployment and content.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of processes, looking for opportunities to redesign processes and recommending improvements to processes for managing catalogues.
  • Collaboration with teams of cross-functionality across India and across the globe to ensure that project alignment is maintained and delivery dates are met within the timeframes set.
  • Manage multiple catalogues or content management initiatives at the same time with a solid organisational ability to prioritise tasks.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • A strong analytical skill with an established ability to gather, interpret, analyse, and verify huge amounts of data for the accuracy of learning systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpretative abilities, to ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shift priorities without sacrificing particulars.
  • Ability to seamlessly work with clients from all over the world, team members, teams from across the globe, and different internal processes.
  • Experience using digital platforms for learning, catalogue/data management tools or comparable e-learning tools is beneficial.
  • Self-organisation at a high level, as well as time management and process adherence, to ensure high-quality delivery.

Preferred Attributes

  • Coursework or experience on business analysis, management of catalogues/data online learning, or other Learning management software.
  • A team-focused mindset that can assist in process optimisation as well as the sharing of knowledge.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to developing new tools or changing systems in a rapidly changing environment.
