Job Overview

The job requires collaboration with different teams to ensure the efficient execution of the process for benefits and compensation in India as well as in the United States. The candidate selected will play an important role in supporting the reward and programs for recognition, planning compensation, as well as overall employee life cycle management, while also ensuring strict compliance with company guidelines and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and also the face of the ELE for external and internal clients, assuring regular communication and the management of relationships.
  • Manage compensation for employees and Benefits programs, which includes management of rewards and recognition programs for employees working in India as well as in the United States.
  • Inform employees about eligibility and guide them with the long-term disability process promptly.

Required Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years or less of experience working in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Any graduate-level degree, such as B.Com, BA, BSc or BCA.
  • Practical experience in the Talent process, Data entry, process management, and business processes.
  • Competency proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel for reporting and PowerPoint to present.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with teams of all sizes.
  • Flexible to a rapidly changing environment and models of virtual collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using cloud-based tools for HR administration, such as SAP HR, Taleo and SuccessFactors or other similar tools.
  • Previous experience working with the ServiceNow (SNOW) service for ticketing.
  • Experimentation with HR Shared Services (HRSS) operations in a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in reengineering business processes, projects for workflow transition or practices for quality control.
