Role Overview

An Analyst within Technology CoE – Data Integrity and Reporting plays an essential function in enhancing the processes for managing data. The position is focused on ensuring the accuracy of data as well as maintaining standards for reporting and integrating governance measures to improve the results of business intelligence. This job requires a meticulous professional who is able to handle tasks based on data effectively while transforming information into useful insight.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Establish standards for data management as well as frameworks, as well as operational best practices.
  • Perform cleaning, data wrangling and mapping tasks for both structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Use the advanced Excel or MS Access skills to analyse patterns, identify discrepancies and draw conclusions.

Data Reporting:

Data Research and Integration:

  • Gather and analyse data from third-party platforms, such as LinkedIn, BoardEx, and Hoovers.
  • Maintain and develop strong data systems, as well as research databases that are updated with new knowledge.
  • Work with internal teams to determine the business requirements and provide specific solutions for data.
  • Be sure to adhere to the guidelines for data privacy when dealing with data from external sources.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cooperate with business leaders to find ways to optimise your business and increase the accuracy of CRM data.
  • Perform data sanity checks as well as track any exceptions. Assist in updating CRM information within specified deadlines.
  • Create strong collaboration frameworks across various industries to help support efficiency and operational excellence.

Continuous Learning and Process Efficiency:

  • Find ways to automate the reports and data integration.
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve the visualisation of data, report-writing, and the efficiency of analytical analysis.
  • Participate in ongoing training and assist in the development of technology-driven advancements.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
  • The ability to think logically and analytically is a strength. Abilityy.
  • Excellent communication and ability to present, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with Salesforce and similar tools for CRM.
  • A familiarity with software for market intelligence, as well as BoardEx.
  • Social media research is a popular topic. Applications such as LinkedIn help clients profile their customers.
  • An understanding of basic SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to work on your own without supervision and maintain the same level of consistency.

Education and Experience

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • MBA or a professional degree from a recognised institute is preferable.
