Deloitte Hiring Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
- Deliver exceptional IT support to customers at the ITS Walk-up.
- Address hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively manage and track IT assets.
- Assist with laptop setup, imaging, and configuration.
- Interact with customers and vendors as necessary.
- Provide support for mobile devices, including activation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with business users at all levels.
- Document issues and solutions for the knowledge base and ensure compliance with Service Level Targets (SLTs).
- Offer support for audio/video conferencing equipment and systems.
- Assist with hands-on tasks for LAN, WAN, and telephony teams as needed.
Deloitte Hiring Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech, BE).
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, networking, video conferencing, and Active Directory.
Preferred:
- ITIL Certification.
- Microsoft MCITP Certification.
- A+/N+ Certification or similar industry credentials.
- Basic knowledge of network and systems security.
