What You Will Do as a Talent Acquisition Intern

As part of the Enabling Areas team, you will work closely with Recruitment professionals to optimise recruitment process and ensure a great experience for candidates. You will be responsible for:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, LinkedIn, or other via social media and other social channels to find and pull in good candidates for different positions.
• Screening Resumes: Identify potential candidates based on their resume ensuring that they meet Deloitte’s reviews and job criteria.
• Requisition and interview coordinate: Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews.
• Develop a Job Description: Help write and post effective job descriptions that will resonate with top talent.
• Administrative activities: Keep candidate records in perfect order, ensure a follow-up on applicants and support the recruitment team on day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is interested in directly participating in the talent sourcing, candidate engagement and recruitment coordination and exposure to Deloitte’s process and brand in bringing remarkable talent into the organization.

Qualifications and Skills
