As an RPA Developer Analyst, you will be a key member of our expanding Global Tools Delivery Center team. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions aimed at increasing productivity and optimizing business processes.
Utilizing tools such as UiPath, SQL, HTML, and Visual Studio, you will create innovative solutions for Deloitte Member Firms.

- Develop Automation Solutions: Create and implement automation tools using UiPath, SQL, HTML, and Visual Studio to address complex business issues.
- Maintain Existing Solutions: Upgrade, optimize, and troubleshoot current RPA solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tool Development Lifecycle: Follow the complete tool development lifecycle while adhering to Deloitte’s standards, including compliance with copyright, legal, and stylistic guidelines.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Load, test, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain internal documentation to support tool compliance and usage.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in MCA, Engineering, or BSc (Computer Science).
- Strong expertise in UiPath, SQL, and HTML.
- Proficiency in VB.NET, .NET Design Fundamentals, and the .NET framework.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Alteryx and SharePoint concepts.
- Experience in creating macros and automating tasks in MS Office applications using VBA or VSTO add-ins.
- Knowledge of OOPs, data structures, and algorithms.
