As a Business Technology Analyst – DevOps Developer, your main focus will be on designing and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment processes for applications supporting Deloitte’s Tax & Legal practice. Key responsibilities will include:
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Construct, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps to optimize deployment processes and shorten time-to-market.
- Azure Cloud Services Management: Leverage a variety of Azure services—including Azure Gen AI, App Services, Storage, and Networking—to ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
- Containerization and Kubernetes: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Implement Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Establish and manage monitoring systems using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics Workspace. Address deployment and infrastructure-related issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term resolutions.
- Artifact Management: Oversee repositories using Azure Artifacts or JFrog to enable package management and version control.
- Networking Configuration: Configure and maintain networking solutions in AKS, including service discovery, ingress controllers, and network policies.
- Scripting and Automation: Develop and refine Python scripts to support DevOps tasks, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Deloitte DevOps Developer Hiring Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or MCA).
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a DevOps or infrastructure automation capacity.
- Cloud Knowledge:
- Strong foundational understanding of Microsoft Azure, including its AI, Storage, App Services, and Networking offerings.
