Delhivery New Off Campus Hiring: The position is focused on coordinating daily last-mile delivery operations, including shipment handling and ground personnel, to ensure prompt and precise delivery. This job requires strong commitment, problem-solving skills, and a performance-oriented mindset in a fast-growing logistics industry.

Key responsibilities

• Be in charge of loading, unloading, the stacking your shipment, and also personnel on the ground at the delivery centre or hub.
• Control outbound and inbound spikes while ensuring standards of service and processing compliance.
• Supervise the delivery and ground operations to ensure prompt and accurate dispatching and distribution.
• Monitor Cash collection by delivery employees and make sure that you keep a daily record of reconciliation and accuracy of records.
• Control the end-to-end last mile operations, which include adherence to route, TAT and handling of exceptions.
• Monitor and improve the performance metrics, such as time-to-delivery, productivity, and the quality of operations.

Candidate profile

• Any Graduate / Diploma from a recognised institute.
• New graduates are eligible. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or delivery operations is considered to be an advantage.
• Solid communication skills, Excel/Google Sheets knowledge and confidence managing field teams as well as ground staff.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and operate in fast-paced environments.

Compensation and work details

• CTC: 2.00 – 2.75 LPA, dependent on interview performance and the relevant abilities.
• Work schedule: Six days of work with rotating 9-hour shifts. One week off, as per the list.
• Location: On-site position in a logistics facility for the last mile with active hub coordination and field.
