We are looking for someone who can respond to client phone calls and emails proficiently so that the smooth operation of systems can be ensured. Assist them in utilising our event management tools efficiently under this role, which is based in an open reception in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Preemptive telephone strategies interact with people actively utilising our event marketing engine, answering queries for smooth-running systems. Marketing and Promotions Handle Assist Address Query Management Systems Searches Sets Analyser.
