Job Overview

The main job of is required of an Associate Product Consultant involves ensuring the overall health of the market and the suppliers. This role plays an important role in encouraging participation, improving communication between vendors and planners, and enhancing the level of satisfaction among users across the marketplace. Marketplace Health Specialist directly contributes to a higher participation rate for vendors and greater booking rates, as well as a stronger relationship between planners and vendors.

This position is suited for those who are energetic, analytical and enthusiastic about technology, data, and teamwork in solving problems. The job offers a great chance for students to understand the latest technologies in managing events, market optimisation and engagement with their customers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Health & Support

• Outreach efforts for planners that support planners and increase responses of suppliers to RFPs.
• Perform a visual and graphical analysis of performance data, such as book numbers and follow-up actions.
• Collaboration with internal teams to identify inactive or non-responsive vendors and propose improvement strategies.
• Participate in the growth of a dynamic, responsive and reliable marketplace by continuously engaging.

Workflow & Quality Management

• Check that the information is correct in the trackers of projects and dashboards, or reports that are generated internally by the tools.
• Conduct periodic market health checks to determine the responses of vendors and their general performance.
• Determine if there are issues with the process and suggest ways to improve it to make sure that the operation is more efficient.
• Vendors and planners must have an easy and seamless experience by maintaining data and workflow standards at the forefront.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

• Take part in inter-functional meetings that develop strategies and improve operational workflows.
• Help in the development or revision of templates to facilitate training, communication materials, and regular operational procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the market, including AI-powered tools, new technology trends and an array of events and sources.
• Develop innovative concepts to improve the efficiency of platform engagement and automation engagement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Fantastic communication abilities and proficiency in written and spoken English.
