Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to client queries by email and phone by providing concise answers to any questions regarding the product, as well as providing technical support.
  • Optimization of Events: Sharing best practices to increase attendance at meetings through Cvent’s robust marketing engine.
  • Requirement gathering: Collaboration with clients to discover requirements for future releases to ensure the software continues to evolve to meet market needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain extensive documentation on the product that can be used to help customers as well as internal team members.
  • Event implementation: Control the online elements of client events, making sure the smooth running of events.
  • Software customization: Get client feedback and create custom solutions using Cvent’s event-management platform.
  • Customer Communication: Review initial implementations with clients, make any necessary modifications, and then record the interactions with the CRM program of Cvent.
  • Strategies Recommendations: Offer practical suggestions to improve the outcomes of events and help clients reach their objectives.
