The primary account executive role in Cultfit is dedicated to maintaining relations with customers and assisting in growing business initiatives, and ensuring that there is a smooth connection between the Cultfit team and clients. The job demands someone capable of balancing several priorities while making sure that every interaction with clients is successful and worth the effort.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts of clients assigned to you and ensure prompt communication with clients, on-time delivery of services and resolution of any issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations as well and customer service to make sure that customers are served in a timely way.
- Analyse the performance of the projects, assess the satisfaction of clients and suggest any necessary process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documents of all meetings, deliverables, and account changes to ensure effective communication between teams.

- Attend meetings of internal stakeholders and provide insights from the feedback of clients and performance metrics.
- Establish solid relationships with your clients by acknowledging what you want to achieve with your customers, as well as their issues and business needs.
- Help in the development of strategies to improve retention and involvement with key accounts.

Educational & Professional Requirements

- An understanding of office tools as well as CRM software can be a benefit.
