Essential Qualifications for Junior Engineer Interns

Eligibility targets recent graduates ready to commit fully:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Graduation year: strictly 2024 or 2025 pass-outs.
  • Available: for immediate joiners only and ready for a full-time on-site job in Hyderabad.

There is no prior experience in the field, passion and core skills are sufficient. Candidates are required to relocate to Hyderabad in the event of need, and adopt an office setup that allows for maximum education and collaboration.

Core Skills Demanded

Hiring prioritises freshers demonstrating:

  • DSA & Algorithms Mastery: A solid understanding of data structures such as linked lists, arrays, graphs and trees; expertise in algorithm design and implementation for effective solution of problems.
  • Programming Experience: Expertise in hands-on .NET for applications for enterprises, Java for robust backend systems and Python for flexible scripting and automation.
  • Basics of Database and Web: Basic SQL querying to manipulate data, as well as a proficiency using HTML to structure it, CSS to style, and JavaScript to allow interaction.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills to deal with complex issues conceptually.
  • Learn Drive: A commitment to continuous learning through self-study as well as feedback.
  • AI Accuracy: Basic knowledge of concepts in artificial intelligence, including the basics of machine learning and ethical AI programs in software.
