Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and writing messages with care, compassion and professionalism to increase customer satisfaction of customers.
  • Making customers feel welcome and creating an atmosphere of conversation and friendship throughout each conversation.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of the latest client policies, products and procedures to respond to questions with precision.
  • Complete work documentation is required, and an accurate recording of the information in the system for tracking customers.
  • Participating in training and improvement initiatives that aim to improve the quality of service and improve business results.
  • Tracking, documenting and retrieving information related to calls using the call tracking database and CRM systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates who have the appropriate skills and desire to develop in a service-oriented work environment will be successful in this job. The following qualifications and skills are required:

  • Qualifications: Graduation or an Undergraduate degree from any subject (depending on the business needs).
  • Experience: 0-3 years ‘ experience relevant to customer support, calling centre or process support positions.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • A solid understanding of computer operations, Navigation tools, as well as basic PC abilities.
  • A reliable work ethic that is focused on precision, attention to particulars, and responsibility for work that is assigned.
  • Flexibility and multitasking capabilities to manage a variety of customer demands as well as business processes.
  • Experience with repetitive tasks while remaining focused and professional in high-volume environments.
