Coinbase Off-Campus Hiring – Software Engineer Intern Role

Coinbase Off-Campus Hiring: Join a high-impact team to shape the on-chain platform as well as what’s to come from digital financial services. The 12-week course challenges future engineers to address large-scale and complicated issues across blockchain and the web, as well as deliver user-centric features in a fast-paced setting.

Role Overview

• Develop next-generation crypto-forward products as well as features that are widely used.
• Implement real-time systems using high frequency and update with low latency.
• Work with a cloud infrastructure that is secure and containerised.
• Work with designers, engineers, Product managers, engineers, and the leadership team to develop the quarterly roadmap for technical development.
• Create high-quality, well-tested code that is tailored to the customer’s needs and the measurable results.

Location and Work Model

1. Remote access across India with in-person participation on off-sites for the company and team at least once a year.
2. The attendance at off-sites is expected and encouraged to promote the connection, collaboration and alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience with an object-oriented language (via courses, projects, coursework, or previous work).
• A passion for creating user-centric experiences all the way through.
• A self-motivated, growing mindset that has an optimistic, structured approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an academic certification or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Exposure to Golang, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Ruby, or Rails.
• Experience with developing mobile applications using React Native.
