Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Usage: Utilise ServiceNow to simplify workflows, track incidents and enhance the process of delivering services.
  • Improve Process: Work with team members to identify areas of inefficiency and develop solutions to improve the performance of the system and improve user experience.
  • Monitor System Performance: Monitoring the performance of your system, identifying issues that could be causing problems prior to their impact on operations.

Qualifications
