About the Role:
This position is intended for non-engineering graduates (BCA, BSc in IT, CS, Electronics, etc.) and encompasses varied tracks within IT Services, Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, and Integrated Smart Operations. You will be assigned to a particular business area based on your qualifications and interests.
Sub-Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Analyst Trainee – IT & Smart Operations:
- Write SQL queries and conduct database operations.
- Perform manual/automated tests and troubleshoot service issues.
- Utilize ITSM and data analytics tools.
- Innovate and contribute towards process enhancements.
2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud:
- Manage computing environments and oversee cloud/network infrastructure.
- Handle incident management, server maintenance, and technical SOPs.
- Ensure compliance and deliver client-focused services.
3. Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage support tickets.
- Collaborate with global teams and escalate complex issues appropriately.
